Subject: Australian Dog of the Year 2022! ‘Cos some heroes wear a leash!
To: <contact@conservationdognetwork.com.au>
G’day, The Australasian Conservation Dog Network!
It’s almost that time of year again when the Australians of the Year are recognised. At Puppy Tales, however, there’s a twist in the tale!
For the second year running, we’re looking to recognise one amazing doggo to be the Australian Dog of the Year! And the reason for my email to you:
In appointing the Australian Dog of the Year 2022, we want to recognise the dogs that have made a contribution to the communities across Australia. We’ve reached out because you have some amazing dogs within your organisation/community, and we want to hear of & recognise their contribution to your conservation efforts.

We’d love for you to nominate one or more of the spectacular Australian dogs who’ve played a role in your organisation.
We’d love for you to share awards with those in your community and help us find all those incredible dogs that are much deserving of nomination.
If you know of any dogs who have made a difference, we’d appreciate it if you would share this opportunity with their humans and encourage them to nominate their dogs.
We’ll be featuring nominated dogs and sharing their stories on our website and our social media through the awards. This is the chance for us to commend these dogs and their organisations to our online community of 500,000+ dog-lovers, and to recognise their roles in their communities.
And there’s prizes…. including a donation of $1,000 to the registered charity or not-for-profit organisation of the winner’s choice.
Please see our website for more information or to nominate a true-blue, four-legged Australian hero.
With Wags and Wiggles,
Melissa
